The approach will be tailored to the hromadas, taking into account different methodologies for holistic and integrated planning that consider resilience, sustainability and EU integration perspectives. This will ensure that hromadas and their respective communities will be able to consider a range of recovery scenarios, whilst also defining overarching recovery priorities, and
identifying priority projects.
