The Polaris Programme thanks its partner hromadas for their cooperation and willingness to implement change. For some hromadas, the current phase of work under the Programme is coming to an end, whilst with others we continue to work actively in the selected areas.
During the second phase of the Programme, a number of open calls are planned through October 2026 in the following areas:
- Locally-Led Recovery (applications open until 24 July);
- Integrating Veterans’ Perspectives into Municipal Work;
- International Municipal Partnerships;
- Education at the Local and Regional Levels;
- Preventing and Combating Domestic Violence (for existing Polaris partners hromadas);
- Support for Accessibility of Administrative Services;
- Reform of Municipal Enterprises;
- Local Engagement (for existing Polaris partners hromadas);
- Strengthening the Starosta Institution;
- Strengthening the Financial Capacity of Hromadas.
We invite you to follow our announcements, choose the area of partnership that best matches your hromadas needs, assess your readiness for change, and submit partnership applications.
We would also like to remind you that hromadas can contact the Programme’s expert support service to receive short-term advice in three specific thematic areas.
