The first stage took place on 15–17 April in Cherkasy, where participants worked on topics relating to current challenges in the field of administrative services, team development, personal effectiveness, change management, communication and the implementation of innovations in the work of the Administrative Service Centres.

Following the completion of the face-to-face component, the ‘Change Lab’ – the practical phase of the training – began. Over the course of two weeks, participants worked individually and in small teams to analyse the challenges facing their hromadas and develop specific solutions to improve the work of administrative service centres.

The training focused not only on management tools but also on practical changes that can be implemented today: effective teamwork, modern approaches to work organisation, time management, communication in challenging situations, and the development of services tailored to people’s needs.

The training programme also served as a platform for professional exchange between hromadas in the Cherkasy region – participants discussed their own experiences and challenges at work, and sought solutions that could be useful for the development of modern and accessible administrative services in their hromadas.
