The Polaris Programme has launched a three-level MS Excel course (basic and advanced) for 30 staff members of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Lviv and the Swedish city of Uppsala have officially signed a partnership agreement, marking another important step in advancing international cooperation between Ukrainian hromadas.

The event was organised by the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities with the support of the Swedish-Ukrainian Polaris Programme.
