The new ASC will provide access to 119 administrative services for around 6,000 local residents.

On 14 May in Kyiv, the Polaris Programme ‘Supporting Multilevel Governance in Ukraine’ held a final conference for partner hromadas in the field of ‘Administrative Services’.

The handover marks the third wave of support provided to hromadas by the Polaris Programme as part of its efforts to develop mobile services.

On 5 May, a final event was held in Kyiv as part of the first phase of the Polaris Programme, focusing on integrating veterans’ perspectives into hromadas activities ‘One Policy - Joint Implementation’.

One of the main themes of the event was education, not merely as a service sector, but as the foundation for hromadas development, its capacity, human capital and future.
